Conditions of play

1. Club Lotto will act as your agent for you and the other members of your group. All syndicate members are guaranteed a portion of their syndicates winnings according to the number of syndicate members
2. Club Lotto will use its best efforts to fulfill your syndicates and/or introduce you to the lottery of your choice. However, if unsuccessful in the event of any failure to purchase your entry, whether for reason of forced majeur, delay of mail, or error by Club Lotto or its employees or agents, you will be entitled to a full refund of your membership fee.
3. Club Lotto is not a gambling company, do not create any lotteries and are not affiliated with any non-official government licensed lotto agency. Services offered by Club Lotto do not fall within the definition of gambling services and is not a gaming company requiring a license from the UK Gambling Commission, Club Lotto is a lottery syndicate organizer and a membership company
