Club Lotto will act as your agent for you and the other members of your group. All syndicate members are guaranteed a portion of their syndicates’ winnings according to the number of syndicate members and from where the winnings are from.
Club Lotto will use its best efforts to fulfil your syndicates lottery of your choice and in some cases the chances will be bought from licensed lottery betting agencies, instead of the underlying lottery provider (more info in point 5). However, if unsuccessful in the event of any failure to purchase your entry, whether for reason of Force Majeure, delay of mail, or error by Club Lotto or its employees or agents, you will be entitled to a full refund of your membership fee. If you wish to cancel your subscription you can do so at any time with no further cost, as long as it is before your draw start date. Club Lotto is not a gambling company, do not create any lotteries and are not affiliated with any non-official government-licensed lotto agency. Services offered by Club Lotto do not fall within the definition of gambling services and is not a gaming company requiring a licence from the UK Gambling Commission, Club Lotto is a lottery syndicate organiser and a membership company.
All our syndicates are very competitively structure compared to other syndicate management companies and will aim to get you in the smallest syndicates for the best price. Therefore, all syndicates will never go above 40 people. Club Lotto have also taken the liberty to ensure that if a syndicate is to win up to but not including £1,000, that amount will be split by a 20th. That means Club Lotto will make up the difference for each individual in that syndicate and they will receive a 20th of £999 and not split between the 40 people in the syndicate. Another way to benefit with Club Lotto.
Prize breakdowns. Each lottery has individual prize breakdowns and therefore the prizes given out will vary on which lottery you have entered. The prizes are broken down into category A and category B for each lottery In some cases there will just be category B for some lotteries. For category A prize wins these are the top prizes and in the case of having the winning numbers in your syndicate the prize win will be shared based on the amount of winners within that lottery as a whole and who Club Lotto has purchased the chances from. For example for a winning ticket of total jackpot £20,000,000.00 there is 1 winning Club Lotto syndicate and 1 other lottery winner from the underlying lottery/lottery organiser, therefore the total winnings to the Club Lotto syndicate is £10,000,000.00. For category B the prizes wins are the lower amounts and will be shared out no matter how many wins there are in the underlying lottery or lottery organiser. For example, for ticket winning £100.00 there is 13 Club Lotto syndicate wins and 50 other wins in the underlying lottery/lottery organiser. The winnings for each Club Lotto syndicate win will still be £100.00 each. British Lottery category A – Match 6. British Lottery category B – Match 5+ Bonus, Match 5, Match 4, Match 3, Match 2. Thunderball Lottery category A – None. Thunderball Lottery category B – Match 5 + Thunderball, Match 5, Match 4, Match 3 + Thunderball. Match 3, Match 2 + Thunderball, Match 1 + Thunderball, Match 0 + Thunderball. Euromillion Lottery category A – Match 5 + 2 Bonus, Match 5 + 1 Bonus, Match 5, Match 4 +2 Bonus. Euromillions category B – Match 4 + 1 Bonus, Match 3 + 2 Bonus, Match 4, Match 2 + 2 Bonus, Match 3 + 1 Bonus, Match 3, Match 1 + 2 Bonus, Match 2 + 1 Bonus, Match 2. Health Lottery category A – None. Health Lottery category B – Match 5, Match 4 + Bonus, Match 4, Match 3 + Bonus, Match 3, Match 2 + Bonus, Match 2, Match 1 + Bonus. Irish Lottery category A – Match 6, Match 5 + Bonus, Match 5. Irish Lottery category B – Match 4 + Bonus, Match 3 + Bonus, Match 3, Match 2 + Bonus.
Club Lotto will get winning prizes from Club Lotto and not any other lottery organiser/company. Club Lotto will receive the winnings and distribute out accordingly to the winning syndicate members. The amount of wins will vary depending on the amount of overall winners from which the winning ticket was pruchased.
The chances Club Lotto purchase on behalf of their members will be directly from the underlying lottery or from a third party gambling licensed company. British Lottery chances are purchased from the underlying lottery. Irish Lottery chances are purchased from a 3rd party organiser. Thunderball chances are purchased from the underlying lottery. Euromillions Lottery chances are purchased from the underlying lottery. Health Lottery chances are purchased from the underlying lottery.
Definitions – Underlying lottery are the people/company that hold the lottery in their domestic country and are responsible for distributing the wins. Licensed lottery agency/Third party/3rd party lottery organiser/lottery organiser are the people/companies that chances are purchased from that either get the wins from the underlying lottery or release their own funds to pay for the wins. If your lottery is from a 3rd party lottery organiser then the prize breakdowns of how many people have won in that lottery may vary due to them having their own winners also.
